• Customer might get excited and add more stuff
• Shouldn’t be any more tasks than project spec (feature creep)
• Some changes may be inevitable.
• Only agree to things you can achieve.

• each group produces one report indicating clearly contribution of all group members
• should be 30 to 60 pages long + diagrams
• hand in by w/c 11th jan
• late submission -> overall awarded mark is reduced
• anyone can write report, but all should check before hand-in
• should provide appendix (zip file), first class projects also have manual (for client to understand) included with appendix.
• appendix should have list of ???

• All teams must submit poster
• if final day is live event, poster needs to be printed by group and available on 11th jan
• also needs to be handed in

• Final presentation 11th jan
• everyone talks

• keep it succinct (there will be questions)
• address why, what and how
• should have clarity throughout
• external partner is your audience

• individual reflection and impact reports

• how did your group operate
• what you learned about your group
• ~1500 words
• no technical stuff

• what did you do for the group?
• use your weekly summary reports to provide evidence
• include things that didn’t make it into the report
• things that didn't work / isn’t used
• 2500 words

• If problems, SCB request
• must hand in as a group
